You can accept our offer and place the order in writing by letter, fax, email or by telephone. With our order confirmation sent to you, your order is binding. Your order is not an online order via the Internet and is therefore not subject to the applicable legal regulations regarding cancellation. Instead, the terms and conditions set out in our General Terms and Conditions GTC mentioned regulations.
For shipping costs, we will check the most favourable option in each case, including direct delivery by us. This could be of interest to you if you need advice or assistance with installation on site. Please note that a specialist should be consulted for the electrical installation.
How you make the payment is up to you. However, the payment must be received in our account before the goods are delivered, unless other payment terms are stated in our offer.
The prices quoted in our offers are final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT.
Only in the case of cross-border delivery may further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases, but not to us as the seller and manufacturer, but to the competent customs or tax authorities.
